Hello everyone! Welcome to our latest blog post! This one is exciting for us as we get to share the conceptual design of a planned Hotel development in Costa Rica. Our team at KMA Design Group came up with the masterplan and architectural design of the hotel’s collection of buildings.

Hotel la Finca is envisioned to be a collection of luxury villas that will be the epitome of luxurious laid back relaxation with authentic style and quality. Hotel La Finca consists of 25 luxury villas, 40 double queen rooms, and 16 single family houses designed by our architectural team at KMA Design Group . The luxury villas sit atop stilts, with majority of the built volume detached from the ground. This allows for the epic views of the lush grounds from the villas.
