Hey Everyone! Welcome to the first week of September! We hope this month brings you many good things. This week we are showcasing a fun beachfront property that our team at KMD Group via our sister company KMA Design Group recently worked on. The Nekaui project is a renovation project of an on old building in the area. Our team at KMA Design Group re-modeled this 1980s structure that had very few windows, by making modifications to the shell. We opened it up, bringing light and air into the building. Our intention with this design was to have all the social activities happen outside, and so we designed some amazing outdoor areas including a terrace space and swimming pool to allow for this.

Nekaui is special. This enchanting beachfront villa blends in with its surroundings, and one can really feel like they are in full vacation mode. It offers stunning views of the ocean from almost every room. The living room and the dining room are open concept, and feature lots of natural materials in their design such as teak wood. Surrounded by a carefully preserved native forest. It is truly the place to get away from it all and immerse yourself in a unique rejuvenating holiday experience.
