Welcome! It is lovely to have you all here! This is Katia Marten, C.E.O and Founder of KMD Group (Canada and Costa Rica) and KMA Design Group (Costa Rica).
On our blog post today, we are sharing our reflections on this past year and celebrating the upcoming holiday season!
Truly this year has been a most interesting one for not only us at KMD Group, but for the whole world. That said. It has also been one of growth. New projects are on the horizon, and we got to complete many projects both in Costa Rica and here in Canada. Projects that included our flagship development in Canada; 547 Aberdeen in Midland, Ontario. This was a major accomplishment as we put our heart and soul into realizing this one of a kind tropically inspired home. In Costa Rica, amongst the numerous projects we have worked on, we are moving forward with our Green City development (www.greencitycr.com). Many amazing things have happened at Green City since the beginning of the year, including the completion of the roads at the development. We are currently selling lots and are excited to invite you to explore our lots and homes options for sale! The Green City clubhouse is scheduled to be completed in 2021 and that is something we are very much looking forward to for next year!
Another exciting venture that we are working on at KMD Group is one that is being done In order to create a bridge between the two countries where our firm operates. We have have created a program called Invest In Costa Rica- Canada. It is going to be a one stop shop for development projects in both Costa Rica and Canada, and it is definitely something we are excited about for 2021. More information to follow in the New Year!

Our Canada team had our photos take outside with the snow. While the Costa Rican team had their photos taken indoors. In this blog we share some of those images!
